Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging (with tags attached).

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Personalized/custom-made products (e.g., engraved jewelry, printed art).

    • Intimate items (e.g., underwear, socks) for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [info@grosgoo.com] within 14 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos of the item(s) and packaging.

    • Reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with approval and instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of reshipping the new item.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).

6. Exchanges

  • Need a different size/color? Email us first to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock.
