Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging (with tags attached).

Non-returnable items:

Personalized/custom-made products (e.g., engraved jewelry, printed art).

Intimate items (e.g., underwear, socks) for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Your order number.

Photos of the item(s) and packaging.

Reason for return.

We’ll respond within 2 business days with approval and instructions.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong item shipped).

For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of reshipping the new item.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).
5. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).
6. Exchanges

Need a different size/color? Email us first to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock.
