Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Custom or personalized items may require additional production time (see product descriptions for details).
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods (varies by destination):

*Delivery times start after processing is complete. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain amount (e.g., "Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50").
4. International Shipping
Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable). These charges are determined by your local government and will be collected upon delivery.
Provide accurate address details to avoid delays. We cannot redirect packages once shipped.
5. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to monitor your package’s progress.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of shipment, and we’ll file a claim with the carrier or resend your order (case-by-case basis).
We’re not liable for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier or shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
